The Villa is divided into 5 apartments, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas. Each apartment is equipped with: dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, washing machine, clothes hanger, iron, ironing table, hair dryers.
For exclusive use bookings, we provide indoor and outdoor communal dining areas for up to 32 people. Check-in from 3pm to 7pm, check out 10am

With 12 elegant bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom, The Arancera comfortably accommodates up to 32 guests across 3 to 7-night stays. During the warmer months, couples and their guests can unwind by the sparkling infinity pool or enjoy alfresco dining amidst the fragrant citrus gardens. When the cooler months arrive, the cosy fireplace sets the scene for romantic evenings, paired with a fine Tuscan wine.

While the Arancera itself is an intimate hideaway, it forms part of the broader Villa Grabau estate, which together can host up to 52 overnight guests. For wedding receptions, the venue offers flexible options — from elegant outdoor ceremonies seating up to 80 guests under a tensile structure, to standing receptions for 120 in the charming gardens. For larger celebrations, the historic Lemonhouse inside Villa Grabau can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Although the Arancera and Villa Grabau are separate properties located just a few metres apart, they work closely together to provide an unforgettable wedding experience.
