    1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outline the agreement between WedAwai Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), registered at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UK (Company Registration Number: 15978018), and you (“the client”, “you”, or “your”) when using our venue matching and coordination services.

    1.2 By using our services or paying the venue matching fee, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

    2. How Our Service Works

    2.1 WedAwai Ltd. provides a venue matchmaking and coordination service for destination weddings. Our role is to connect couples with verified wedding venues, planners, and trusted local suppliers.

    2.2 Clients pay a one-off non-refundable £399 Venue Matchmaking Fee. This covers:

    • Research and personalised venue recommendations

    • Initial date checks and availability coordination

    • Introductions to vetted planners and suppliers

    • Support during the early booking process

    2.3 All contracts and payments for wedding venues, planners, or suppliers are made directly between the client and the chosen third party.

    2.4 WedAwai Ltd. acts only as a facilitator and is not a party to any venue, planner, or supplier contract.

    3. Our Role and Limitations

    3.1 We carefully vet and maintain professional relationships with all venues and planners featured on our platform. However, we cannot guarantee the performance, service quality, or financial reliability of third parties.

    3.2 While we aim to ensure that all information provided (including venue details, photos, and prices) is accurate, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions beyond our control.

    3.3 Clients are responsible for reviewing and signing contracts directly with venues, planners, or suppliers before making payments.

    4. Payments

    4.1 The £399 Venue Matchmaking Fee is payable after your consultation call (or an online chat with us) and before receiving your detailed venue shortlist and pricing information.

    4.2 This payment is non-refundable, even if no booking is made with the recommended venues or planners.

    4.3 All payments to venues, planners, and suppliers are handled directly by the client under their respective terms and conditions.

    5. Liability

    5.1 WedAwai Ltd. acts as an intermediary only. We are not responsible for any issues, disputes, cancellations, or losses arising from agreements made directly between clients and third parties.

    5.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our service (£399).

    6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

    6.1 As our service is provided upon delivery of venue recommendations, the £399 fee is non-refundable.

    6.2 Any changes or cancellations of bookings made with venues, planners, or suppliers are subject to those parties’ individual terms and conditions.

    7. Data Protection & Privacy

    7.1 WedAwai Ltd. complies with the UK GDPR. Personal data is used solely to deliver our matchmaking service and will not be shared without consent, except as necessary to connect you with venues and planners.

    7.2 You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@wedawai.com.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under their jurisdiction.
