DOCUMENTATION INFORMATION

The British Embassy in Rome at present has no updated information on documentation procedures for UK citizens, resident in the UK. All remains the same until further notice.

Non-EU citizens will probably be required to go to their Embassy (usually in Rome) and also have to go to the ‘Prefettura – Ufficio Legalizzazioni‘to have their documents formally authenticated. In this case, we will provide assistance but travel to/from the relevant Embassy or Prefettura office is at the couples own expense. This applies to all packages and all areas.

Very important information to advise wedding couples prior to them booking their holiday/honeymoon.

British citizens: At present, we have been advised by the British Consulate in Rome that UK citizens/resident in the UK documentation procedures remain as prior to Brexit, therefore, resident at least 3 full working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to their wedding. This allows us time to meet up and discuss the fine details of your wedding day etc).

EU citizens need to be resident at least 3 full working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to their wedding. This allows us time to meet up and discuss the fine details of your wedding day etc.

Non-EU citizens Need to provide us with their fully completed documentation in Sorrento (or where they are celebrating their marriage) no later than 5 full working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

This would mean that they need to consider going to their relevant consulate prior to this date and also take into consideration their travelling time to our area.

Consulates could be in Naples, Rome or Milan.

The below package fees are valid from Monday to Wednesday from 1 April to 31 October 2026 excluding any date during the month of August.

Supplements apply when opting for Thursday, Friday and Saturdays and any date during the month of August.

Villa Eliana is available from 16.00 hrs until 24.00 hrs (8 hours) noting that DJ service concludes at 23.30 hrs.

Should you wish to have an earlier ceremony time, then there will be an early arrival supplement fee of €945.00 per hour or part of.

Minimum wedding party 40 paying adults.

The maximum wedding party size is 100 people including B&G.

Reception concludes at 23.45 hrs.

Transportation included at the end of the evening at one pre-booked time but no later than 23.45 hrs to one central drop off point in Sorrento for non-residents.

Transportation included at 11.00 hrs the next day to one central drop off point in Sorrento for those who stayed overnight.

Civil/symbolic ceremony will be at 15.30/16.30 hrs – Location Cloisters.

Symbolic ceremony at Villa Eliana will be at 16.30 hrs – Location Villa Eliana.

The aperitif will be served immediately after the ceremony/arrival duration 1 hour.

A child minder/baby-sitting service is obligatory when 5 or more children are attending the event, due to the infinity pool, its suspended bridge, and the gardens. The Villa is not suitable for children to play by themselves without supervision; therefore, baby-sitting/entertainment will be provided according to their age at an additional fee.
