Your Wedding - All inclusive package

The services of a personal Wedding Planner located in Italy, from the time of booking via email.

• #Town Hall documentation and ceremony fee (approximately 45 minutes) & celebrant (excluding out-of-hours fee).

• #Translation of documentation to meet Italian law requirements for British Citizens, UK residents.

• #Appointment with the registrar at Massa Lubrense Town Hall for the reading of the banns, usually 3 working days before the wedding (transport fee not included).

• Meeting with the Wedding Planner upon arrival (usually within 48 hours of arrival – weekdays) to discuss fine details of your wedding day & ceremony.

• Meeting with reception venue manager (transport fee not included).

• At your disposal, phone contact with your Wedding Planner whilst in resort, Monday to Friday/office hours.

• Attendance of the Wedding Planner during the wedding ceremony, who will remain at Villa Fiorella until the cutting of the cake and then hand over to the Villa Fiorella team.

• A translator/celebrant for the wedding ceremony.

• #Two multilingual wedding certificates from the Town Hall.

• A memorabilia certificate.

• A hand-tied bouquet (flowers of the season) for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom (colour/s of your choice).

• Floral Arch (Floral arch, table decoration, and rose petals).

• White carpet.

• White chairs for the ceremony & wedding breakfast.

• Violin & Cello Duo during ceremony only.

• 4 continuous hours professional creative photographer service – digitally transferred within1-3 months (either The Bros or Umberto Astarita & Friends).

• 4 continuous hours professional standard videographer service – the footage taken will then be stylishly edited and put to music, the finished video will capture the highlights of your wedding ceremony and first part of wedding reception (finished product various in duration according to each wedding party but as a guideline around 4/6 minutes) leaving you with a romantic & emotional video – digitally transferred within 4 months of wedding date. (either Lino, Cinemaphotographer, Gianluigi Palumba, or Claudio Celentano).

• Araceli Acosta - Bridal hair and make-up (no trials).

• Wedding car (usually Mercedes) for the bride plus 1 from central Sorrento accommodation to Villa Fiorella – one way.

• Transportation on the wedding day from one central Sorrento meeting point to Villa Fiorella for the wedding party.

• Transportation for all wedding party from Villa Fiorella at one pre-booked time to a central drop-off point in Sorrento, departing no later than 23.45 hrs.

• Reception set up at the venue.

• A Welcome Flute of Prosecco & Finger Food – see menu below.

• + Wedding reception breakfast – drinks are not included.

• The table set up includes white tablecloths and a small flower centerpiece (roses and/or seasonal flowers).

• Wedding cake (Italian style).

• Up to 3 hrs DJ service for the party time, excluding SIAE music tax of €385.00 (payable at pre-wedding meeting in cash).

• Taxes for all the above at the current % rate

*If outside catering is requested, please note that menus are bespoke, and prices may change according to your specific menu choices and guest count.

*All pricing information provided in British Pounds (£) is for guidance only and is based on the most recent exchange rate available at the time of display. Final contracts, invoices, and payment requests will be issued in Euros (€). Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the final amount in GBP may differ slightly from the estimated figures shown.
*Wedding Planner will assist with all wedding suppliers and settings, including food and drinks
*Civil OR Symbolic ceremony will be at 17.30 hrs - Location: Garden Terrace. The aperitif will be served immediately after the ceremony at 18.30 hrs. Wedding Breakfast to start from 19.30 hrs – Location: Terrazza Fiorella. Cutting of the Cake & Party time from 21.00 hrs – Location: Lower Garden Terrace.
*Minimum wedding party 20 paying adults. The maximum wedding party size is 60 people, including B&G.
*Extra adult price €220.00 per person. Child price (2 -12 years) €102.50 per child.
*Departure time for transportation (all at one time), leaving at 23:45 hrs
*Music ends 23:30
*Holding a symbolic ceremony at Villa Fiorella, you will receive a reduction of €700.00 off the package fee. Holding your civil ceremony on a Saturday incurs an extra fee of €200.00, which must be paid at the time of booking.
