The services of a personal Wedding Planner located in Italy from time of booking via email.
• #Town Hall documentation and ceremony fee (approximately 45 minutes) & celebrant (excluding out-of-hours fee).
• #Translation of documentation to meet Italian law requirements for British Citizens, UK residents.
• Meeting with the Wedding Planner upon arrival (usually within 48 hours of arrival – weekdays) to discuss fine details of your of wedding day & ceremony.
• Meeting with the reception venue manager.
• At your disposal, phone contact with your Wedding Planner whilst in resort, Monday to Friday/office hours.
• Attendance of Wedding Planner during wedding ceremony, who will remain at Villa Antiche Mura until the cutting of the cake and then hand over to the Villa Antiche Mura team.
• A translator/celebrant for wedding ceremony.
• #Two multilingual wedding certificates from the Town Hall. • A memorabilia certificate.
• A hand-tied bouquet (flowers of the season) for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom (colour/s of your choice). • Floral Arch (Floral arch, table decoration, and rose petals).
• White carpet. • White chairs for the ceremony & wedding breakfast.
• Violin & Cello Duo during ceremony only.
• 4 continuous hours professional creative photographer service – digitally transferred within1-3 months (either The Bros or Umberto Astarita & Friends).
• 4 continuous hours professional standard videographer service – the footage taken will then be stylishly edited and put to music, the finished video will capture the highlights of your wedding ceremony and first part of wedding reception (finished product various in duration according to each wedding party but as a guideline around 4/6 minutes) leaving you with a romantic & emotional video – digitally transferred within 4 months of wedding date. (either Lino, Cinemaphotographer, Gianluigi Palumba, or Claudio Celentano).

Extend Your Day – Legal & Symbolic Ceremony Options
Planning a destination wedding means making the most of every magical moment – and at Villa Antiche Mura, you have the option to extend your celebration with an early entrance upgrade.
Legal Ceremony at the Cloisters?
Ceremonies at the historic Cloisters of San Francesco are available at 13:00 or 15:30. Please note, however, that during July and August, only the 13:00 slot is available due to the heat.
If you’re booked for the 13:00 Cloisters ceremony, we suggest adding early entrance to Villa Antiche Mura for a relaxed, seamless flow to your day. With an early entry at 14:00, you and your guests can enjoy the villa for a full 10 hours, right through to midnight!
Early entrance fee: €800.00 per hour or part thereof
Recommended: 2 hours (€1,600) for ceremonies at 13:00
Access from 14:00 to 24:00 – ideal for arrival drinks, photos & a smooth timeline
Planning a Symbolic Ceremony?
Symbolic ceremonies can be held directly at the villa, and you still have the option to extend your day. Add 2 hours of early access and begin your celebration from 14:00, with a ceremony at around 14:30 – the perfect mid-afternoon moment with that golden Italian light.
