Wedding Planner - Venue Hire - All Suppliers

• The services of a personal Wedding Planner located in Italy, from the time of booking via email

• #Town Hall documentation and ceremony fee (approximately 45 minutes) & celebrant (excluding out-of-hours fee).

• #Translation of documentation to meet Italian law requirements for British Citizens, UK residents.

• Meeting with the Wedding Planner upon arrival (usually within 48 hours of arrival – weekdays) to discuss fine details of your wedding day & ceremony.

• Meeting with the reception venue manager.

• At disposal phone contact with your Wedding Planner whilst in resort, Monday to Friday/office hours.

• Attendance of the Wedding Planner during the wedding ceremony, who will remain at Villa Eva until the end of the event.

• A translator/celebrant for the ceremony.

• #Two multilingual wedding certificates from the Town Hall.

• A memorabilia certificate.

• A hand-tied bouquet (flowers of the season) for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom (colour/s of your choice).

• Floral Arch (Floral arch, table decoration, and rose petals).

• White carpet or Fresh Carpet of Petals.

• White chairs for the ceremony.

• Violin & Cello Duo during ceremony only.

• 4 continuous hours professional creative photographer service – digitally transferred within1-3 months (either The Bros or Umberto Astarita & Friends).

• 4 continuous hours professional standard videographer service – the footage taken will then be edited and put to music, the finished video will capture the highlights of your wedding ceremony and first part of wedding reception (finished product various in duration according to each wedding party but as a guideline around 4/6 minutes) leaving you with a romantic & emotional video – digitally transferred within 4 months of wedding date. (either Lino, Cinemaphotographer, Gianluigi Palomba, or Claudio Celentano).

• Araceli Acosta - Bridal hair and make-up (no trials).

• +Wedding reception meal set up (including brown wicker chairs)

• Welcome drinks are offered during canapés only (see menu below).

• Sax Player for 1 hour aperitif time.

• Wedding cake (Italian style) – 1 / 2 /3 tier (one tier only is real) (flowers are not included).

• A sound system provided for the formal meal under the marquee, together with a microphone for the speeches.

• DJ for up to 2 hours – around 21.30 to 23.30 hrs.

• SIAE fee included. (music licence)

• Bar Tab Fee commencing after cutting of the cake – for the party time only – starting at 22.00 to 24.00 hrs - Bar Tab varies according to wedding party size, as follows: 40-59 people €4,000.00, 60-79 people €5,500.00 or 80-100 people €6,500.00.

• Drinks with the sit-down meal must be pre-ordered separately, and paid to the venue after the wedding day on checkout

• Villa Eva reception concludes at 24.00 hrs (additional 2 hours at extra cost available).

• Taxes for all the above at the current % rate

Good to Know

Travel to Ravello and Villa Eve is via a cobbled road - venue can be accessed only on foot - but there are porters available to help to carry luggage AND people with walking difficulties. It is also recommended to stay in Ravello so you can just walk to your room at the end of the night.

Villa Eva is located in the heart of Ravello, one of the most picturesque towns on the Amalfi Coast, southern Italy. The villa sits high above the coastline, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains — just a short stroll from Ravello’s charming piazzas, boutique hotels, and historic villas.

The nearest international airport is Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP), approximately 60 kilometres (around 1 hour 20 minutes) by car. From Naples, couples and guests can reach Ravello via private transfer, car hire, or arranged shuttle — a scenic journey that winds along the famous Amalfi Drive.

For those arriving from Rome, the high-speed train to Salerno takes about 2 hours, followed by a private transfer or taxi (approximately 45 minutes) to Ravello.

Once in Ravello, Villa Eva is easily accessible on foot via its charming cobbled lanes, adding to its authentic Italian atmosphere.
