Your Wedding - All inclusive package

The services of a personal Wedding Planner located in Italy are available from the time of booking via email.

• Renting of the Town Hall ceremony venue (approximately 45 minutes), celebrant (excluding out of hours fee).

• #Translation of documentation to meet Italian law requirements for British Citizens, UK residents.

• Meeting with the Wedding Planner upon arrival (usually within 48 hours of arrival – weekdays) to discuss fine details of your wedding day ceremony.

• Meeting with the reception venue manager.

• At disposal phone contact with your Wedding Planner whilst in resort, Monday to Friday/office hours.

• Attendance of the Wedding Planner during the wedding ceremony, who will remain at the GH President until the start of the formal meal and then hand over to the event planner.

• A translator/celebrant for the ceremony.

• #Two multilingual wedding certificates from the Town Hall.

• A memorabilia certificate.

• A hand-tied bouquet (flowers of the season) for the bride and a buttonhole for the groom (colour/s of your choice).

• Floral Arch (Floral arch, table decoration and rose petals).

• White carpet.

• White chairs for the ceremony & wedding breakfast.

• Violin & Cello Duo during the ceremony only.

• 4 continuous hours professional 4 continuous hours professional creative photographer service – digitally transferred within1-3 months (either: The Bros, Umberto Astarita & Friends & Pippa Carvell).

• 4 continuous hours professional videographer service – the footage taken will then be stylishly edited and put to music, the finished video will capture the highlights of your wedding ceremony and first part of wedding reception (finished product various in duration according to each wedding party but as a guideline around 4/6 minutes) leaving you with a romantic & emotional video – digitally transferred within 4 months of wedding date (either Lino The Cinemaphotographer, Gianluigi Palomba or Claudio Celentano).

• Araceli Acosta or Similar - Bridal hair and make-up (no trials).

• Wedding car (usually Mercedes) from accommodation to ceremony for Bride plus 1.

• #Wedding car (usually Mercedes) after the ceremony for the couple directly to the GH President.

• Transportation to GH President for the wedding party – one way.

• Transportation from the GH President to one central drop off point, leaving at 23.30 hrs for all wedding party.

• Reception set up at the venue. A Welcome Flute of Prosecco & Nibbles – see menu below. • + Wedding reception breakfast – drinks as detailed in the menu description below. – Those with dietary requirements will be offered a suitable alternative.

• Standard table decorations for a formal meal set-up.

• 2 cold fountains for cutting the cake moment.

• Wedding cake (Italian style) – 1 or 2 tiers, with one tier being fake.

• DJ for up to 3 hours, and concluding no later than 23.00 hrs. (Excluding SIAE royalties’ tax - fee payable locally in cash at pre-wedding meeting - €385.00).

• Taxes for all the above at the current % rate.

*Check-in from 15.00 hrs and Check-out at 11.00 hrs.
*Ceremony time depends on location 1pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm Mondays to Saturdays
