Giuseppe Coletti, a conservationist and once mayor of San Severino Marche, designed the villa and its sprawling grounds. His son, Francesco, later restored and embellished the property, a vision carried on by the family until the late 20th century.

In 1996, the estate was saved from decline by the Teloni family. Businessman Sandro Teloni saw beyond the ruins and envisioned a space filled with life, celebration, and joy. Over five years, with the help of acclaimed architect Patrizia Ravegnani, the villa was meticulously restored using only reclaimed materials, preserving its soul while modernising the space for unforgettable weddings and events.

It is advisable to rent a car for your Tuscany wedding in the villa, however, our wedding planner can arrange taxis, minibusses, or any other transfers.
