The Finer Detail
Solar do Paço is a beautifully restored 14th-century manor house located in the charming village of Algoz, just 10 minutes from the Algarve’s stunning coastline. Once home to the Marquis of Sarria, Fernando Ruiz de Castro, brother of the famous Inês de Castro, this historic estate is the only one of five palaces in Algoz that still stands today.
In addition to the palace itself, which is the jewel of Solar do Paço, the venue features a variety of spaces for events. These include the Barn, the Theatre, the Stables, and a modern Event Room that can accommodate up to 500 guests.
With over two hectares of land, 1,600 square meters of covered space, and 6,000 square meters of beautiful gardens, Solar do Paço provides a versatile and picturesque setting for any celebration.
