Tucked into the rolling Tuscan hills, Borgo Antico Casalbosco is a beautifully restored 14th-century estate where rustic elegance meets genuine Italian hospitality. It began life as a military fortress and later became a noble family’s retreat. Today it’s an intimate, characterful setting for your wedding, surrounded by 150 hectares of the estate’s own vineyards.
Book the whole estate, and it’s yours alone, with up to 65 of your guests staying on site in lovingly restored rooms and apartments set around a medieval courtyard. Spend your days by the panoramic pool, wander the gardens and vineyards, and finish with a tasting in the historic wine cellar. Your symbolic ceremony takes place in the gardens. The courtyard, the Winter Garden and the light-filled glass-walled rooms of the Main Villa can host a celebration for up to 130 guests, indoors or under the Tuscan stars.
Getting there couldn’t be easier. Casalbosco is just 40 minutes from Tuscany’s main airports, Florence and Pisa, so your guests can go from the plane to a glass of estate wine in under an hour.
