Beach Villas is a family-run property located in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The villas are set on a secluded beach along the Mediterranean Sea, providing a peaceful and private setting ideal for weddings and romantic getaways. Each villa is self-contained with its own private pool and roof terrace offering stunning sea views. The property also features natural, lush gardens, shaded dining areas, and exclusive access to a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for guests. Other amenities include an open-air cinema, beachfront cabana for treatments, and a beach bar serving cocktails and snacks throughout the day.

Shuttles and taxis are easy to organise from nearby resorts like Ayia Napa or Sotira.
